Hey Long, This is Nate, one of the two Americans you toured around Bach Ma and Hue about a week ago on August 17th 2009.
I wanted to thank you again for all your help during our stay in Hue. George and I had a great time during the day and night (although George had to head home from dinner a little early). Hue and its surrounding areas are beautiful and it's history rich and unique culture. The insights and facts you told us along the way brought the national park and the city to life.
Coming from Saigon, it was fascinating to experience a different, more traditional way of life in Hue. I hope to return to your country very soon and I hope we can meet up when I do. Please give my best to your sister and your friend, both of whom were very gracious and smart young women. I will be sure to forward your website and information to anyone I know planning a trip in Vietnam. Tour Bookings
CHILD DISCOUNT
One child under 12 years is generally granted a reduction of 50% of the tour price, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided free of charge.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 20% of the tour price per person is required upon confirmation of your booking. (If this amount is less than $100, a $100 per person deposit will apply) Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance of the tour price (80%) is due upon arrival in Vietnam, payable at one of our office in Hanoi or the others appointed in the confirmation

The reservation is validated only if you have received a confirmation of VIETNAM EASY TRAVEL and upon your payment of deposit. You can use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. However, your credit card will not be charged an advance deposit. But the total value of your reservation will be blocked on your credit card when we re-confirm your booking by email, fax or telephone.
Your credit card shall then be charged the blocked amount upon your check-in. We will send you a receipt of this amount on the same day.
Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed by VIETNAM EASY TRAVEL
CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 7-days before the check-in date. In that case, we shall release the blocked amount on your credit card, without penalty.
Otherwise, if you cancel your reservations 7-days or less to the check-in date, the cancellation fee equivalent to your reservation value of 01-night is charged due to hotel charges we incur for guest no shows

UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members.
Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.
RESPONSIBILITY
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
VIETNAM EASY TRAVEL, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
